Supreet Tambar M.Sc., Ph.D.

Physiotherapist

A responsive physiotherapist, Supreet combines technical expertise and a human approach to help each patient regain their full potential. A graduate of the Université de Montréal's Master's degree in Physiotherapy, she has always been passionate about movement and the optimal functioning of the human body. This passion naturally led her to specialize in several areas of physiotherapy, including musculoskeletal disorders (advanced courses), vestibular rehabilitation, temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ), the neuromeningeal system, and the cranial approach to manual therapy. Throughout her practice, she has also developed expertise in myofascial release and the treatment of sacroiliac dysfunction. Alongside her practice, she is also involved as an internship supervisor, sharing her knowledge with the next generation of physiotherapists. Her clinical approach is based on a combination of manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, a duo she considers essential for complete and lasting rehabilitation.

She works with a diverse clientele, tailoring her interventions to each person's specific needs. Committed to continuing professional development, she regularly participates in training courses to enhance her skills and provide quality care based on best practices. Outside of her clinical practice, Supreet is passionate about travel and outdoor activities, which fuels her interest in overall health, physical fitness, and functional performance. She also impresses with her talent for languages: she is fluent in French, English, Punjabi, and Hindi. You now have a good insight into her background and philosophy. Come meet her and let her guide you with kindness, professionalism, and energy toward your health, wellness, and performance goals.
