Oceane Schneider
Massage therapist
After 11 years in special education, I chose to answer the call of manual therapy. At 30, massage therapy profoundly transformed my life: it helped me through the ordeal of grief and established itself as a natural path, both care and therapy. I discovered a way to offer, both to myself and to others, a space of reconnection, listening, and balance.
My vision of massage therapy is holistic: I like to combine different relaxation and therapeutic techniques to soothe muscles, relieve tension, stimulate circulation, and promote deep well-being. My approach combines Swedish and Californian massage, enriched with pressure points inspired by Eastern practices. I also incorporate mobilizations and stretches to keep the body moving, activate fluids, and support natural balance.
I also offer maderotherapy, an approach using wooden tools specially designed to act on muscle tissue and promote blood and lymphatic circulation. Beyond its often-promoted aesthetic aspect, I integrate it as a true therapeutic treatment.
My goal is simple: to support you at every stage of your life, taking care of the body that carries you every day. Whether it's to reduce stress, improve sleep, relieve chronic pain, enjoy a moment of relaxation, or even be accompanied during pregnancy, I am here to offer you caring and tailored support.
