Kinesiology

Kinesiology is the science of human movement. It draws on extensive knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and physiology to understand how the body functions in movement.

The kinesiologist supports people in prevention, training and rehabilitation by offering exercises adapted to each need:

  • Improve posture and mobility;

  • Optimize sports performance;

  • Prevent injuries;

  • Supporting return to activity after convalescence;

  • Promote healthy lifestyle habits.

In short, kinesiology aims to help everyone move better, more efficiently and safely, whether in a health, fitness or performance context.
